The GDPR, or Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), is an important piece of privacy legislation.   • Data Subject Rights and Inquiries - If you are a natural person of the EU and wish to exercise your data subject rights as they pertain to Tamboo's capacity as a GDPR Controller, please use our contact form to make such requests. For all other GDPR data subject inquiries, Tamboo is a GDPR Processor and is unable to service any such data subject inquiries. In those cases, you must contact the Tamboo customer which is the GDPR Controller.
